Oops! I forgot to share the picture of Jake's science experiment.

Hello to family and friends,
I thought I would start a blog to help keep you all up to date on all of our happenings. I will start from the beginning of the year 2007. We have been slammed with more snow than I can even believe. We have had one huge snow storm around Christmas time and have continued to have a storm every weekend after that. This Miami girl has managed to get the van stuck and in need of rescue 7 times. I do believe it may have something to do with operator error. Our neighborhood streets are so icy it is quite an adventure just getting our to the main road. Well enough moaning about the weather. The kids are keeping us hopping with all the activities they are involved in. Right now Jessie is finishing up her intramural volleyball at the elementary school. Both Jessie and Jake have started a Karate program at the school in the evening and that has potential to be a great influence. I will take pictures to share soon. Jake does Science Club after school on Thursdays. His latest experiment was great. He made a "naked" egg. The egg is soaked in vinegar for a few days and the shell disintegrates! Way cool. Jessie does choir the same afternoon and will have a performance soon. They both play piano and are progressing well. Jessie also does violin with school. I have started up my triathlon training and really enjoy getting out regularly to workout. I will update soon. Let us know what you think.
